All our uniforms use 100% performance polyester — lightweight, breathable, quick-dry, and moisture-wicking. Sublimation printing bonds color directly into the fabric fiber, so it never fades, cracks, or peels.
Sublimation printing uses heat to convert dye into gas, which permanently bonds to the fabric fibers. Unlike screen printing or heat transfers, sublimation produces vivid all-over prints that are part of the fabric itself — not on top of it.
